We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. To ship the same day, orders must be placed by 12:30 pm EST. No shipping occurs on weekends or holidays.

• 3–5 business days for East Coast delivery

• 4–7 business days for West Coast delivery

At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping. All orders are processed and shipped using our standard shipping options.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

We take full responsibility for your products while they are in our care. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is no longer under our control. For peace of mind, we recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order. This protection covers your package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

ORDER VERIFICATION

For security purposes, the billing name and the name on the card must match in order for your order to be processed. Orders that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.
